A personal note

Dear sweet friends,

I'm sorry that I'm not much responding and repaying visits to your blogs at the moment, but we're having a difficult time at the moment with severe illnesses and a funeral within the family. I'm just having a bit too much on my plate at the moment.

Painting is what helps me to keep sane, so that's what I'm doing now, a lot, I will do my best to visit and respond, but please know it may take a while.

There probably will be a Simply Neutrals Tuesday coming week,
because I love your enthousiasm and beautiful input
and would love the party to go on.
So I'll do my best.

Big hugs,

xx Wen

  3. I'm sorry you're sad, Wen. Sounds like a tough time for you.

When I am sad, I like to remember that sadness carves out the hollow to contain the joy, and the depth of our sadness when we lose someone close shows us the depth of our love.

Your blog will still be here for you when you're ready. Don't worry about it if you need a break.

  19. Ohy Dearest Wen I am so so sorry for you right now especially when there is all this sadness around you and there is nothing you can do - at least you can retreat to what help heals you in your artwork. Bathe yourself in it sweetie and take your time in returning to us. Never mind about visiting everyone as everyone understands and they wouldn't expect it anyway.
Feel my love around you dear friend and we will come together again when the time is right.
    Loving hugs too,
    Suzy
